MFT/RBI Resurfacing Program CE
Overview
This project involved comprehensive pavement and streetscape improvements to enhance roadway performance, safety, and accessibility. The work included milling and resurfacing of existing pavement, concrete and sidewalk upgrades, and associated restoration.
Scope

Cold milling of the existing surface course to the specified depth and hot-mix asphalt patching where required.

Placement of a 1-1/2” asphalt binder course to establish proper pavement cross slope, followed by a 1-1/2” HMA surface course.

Removal and replacement of driveways, sidewalks, and concrete curb and gutter, including installation of new sidewalk and detectable warning panels.

Improved pavement condition, ride quality, and drainage through corrected cross slope and new asphalt surfaces.

Enhanced pedestrian safety and accessibility with new sidewalks, curb ramps, and detectable warnings.
