Romeoville Municipal Complex

Overview

Robinson played a critical role in this $46M municipal complex which included: a village hall, police station, bike trail, and amphitheater.  Project also included site infrastructure improvements including a new roadway, storm & sanitary sewers, water mains and stormwater detention facility, ornamental lighting, and landscape.

Scope​

• Performed initial site topography and surveying, engineering review of all infrastructure design elements and construction engineering services

• Staked/inspection of streets, parking lots, lighting, sewers and water mains

• Prepared as-built drawings for entire site upon completion 

• Coordinated with multiple on-site contractors
